Inclusive Louisiana will be hosting an event on Saturday October 15th, 2022, 12:00pm – 4:00pm, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, “Knowledge Is Power: Breast Cancer in the Community – The Environmental Impact”. The event will feature discussions about disparities in breast cancer care, how to get the care you deserve, tips for living well beyond your diagnosis and how the environment can have an increased risk to breast cancer.

Dr. Kimberly Terrell is a Staff Scientist at Tulane University’s Environmental Law Clinic, where she helps communities gain access to data, technical information, and legal resources to help them achieve their environmental goals.
